2Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person or household, all accounts will be permanently closed.

• Provide your correct name, mobile number, and details at the time of registration.
• Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name is prohibited.
• Keep your account password and details confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Deposit

All deposits must be made from your own registered mobile number or bank account. Funds sent from third-party accounts may not be accepted and could be returned. Radha baji Reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits.

Withdraw

Your account must be fully verified before winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Withdrawals can only be made to your own registered payment method.
• A minimum withdrawal amount is in place.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if any unusual activity is suspected.
• Additional documentation may be requested to comply with anti-money laundering policies.

4Betting Rules

Radha bajiPlease read the specific rules for each event before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the in-play cash out feature may be available.

In the Event of a Match Cancellation

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake is generally refunded.
• Different rules may apply if a match is abandoned after a certain point in time.
• In the event of a results dispute, Radha baji's decision is final.

Regarding Odds

If odds are found to be erroneous, Radha baji reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be automatically voided.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

All Radha baji bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement that must be met. Attempting to withdraw from a bonus balance before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being voided, and any associated winnings may also be forfeited.

• Welcome bonus turnover requirements are generally 10x–30x.
• Separate wagering requirements apply to winnings from free bets.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus validity periods are generally 7–30 days.
• Radha baji reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time.

6Prohibited Activities

Radha bajiThe following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to forfeiture of all balances.

• Using bots, automation tools, or any software to place bets.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using another person's account or sharing account access.
• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Defrauding or threatening other members.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Radha baji reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Accounts are typically actioned for the following reasons:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned via the registered payment method, provided no terms have been violated.

8Responsible Gaming

Radha baji We are firm believers in responsible gaming. Betting should be purely for entertainment, not as a source of income. We encourage all members to bet safely and within their means.

• Set your own deposit limits and stick to them.
